All payments are processed securely through Square, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment provider. Your card details are tokenized client-side and never touch our servers. We do not store your full card number, CVV, or PIN at any time.
A 25% platform fee is applied to each tip to cover payment processing and platform operations. The driver receives the remaining 75% of your tip amount.
We collect only the minimum information necessary to process your tip: the amount, the country you selected, and a payment confirmation from Square. Your IP address is recorded for rate-limiting and fraud prevention purposes. We do not sell, share, or use your data for marketing or any purpose beyond processing your transaction.
We use a session-only cookie to remember your language preference. The driver dashboard uses a device cookie for convenience sign-in. No tracking cookies or third-party analytics are used.
Tips are voluntary and non-refundable. If you believe there was an error with your payment, please contact the driver directly.
